Technical Consultant/Solution Architect
Work with our customers to deliver Enterprise Web 2.0 solutions using Nexaweb. Team Lead within the Nexaweb Platform development team Working on a Java EE based client/server development platform enabling Web 2.0 applications in Java and JavaScript.

Responsibilities:
- Analyze and understand the data Rich Internet Application space/Developer audience
- Own MRDs (market requirements documents) and PRDs (product requirements documents) to define requirements and revenue growth opportunities
- Establish value propositions, develop core positioning, and create compelling, differentiated messaging for Nexaweb products
- Analyze competitive landscape and define competitive positioning for product
- Define product strategy and roadmap, and work cross-functionally to drive execution
- Prioritize requirements, review functional specifications, and participate in functional and architecture reviews
- Drive the product lifecycle from initial creation to EOL, including managing alpha, beta, launch and EOL programs
- Serve as the product**s internal advocate to engineering, sales, professional services and executive management
- Provide compelling materials to sales, marketing and professional services to drive product sales and adoption
Required Experience:
- Experience in the Ajax, Rich Internet Applications, or Enterprise Software
- 7-10 years experience in enterprise software development, product management/marketing, and/or consulting/sales engineering
- 5+ years in product management;
- Have a track record of managing the full product lifecycle for enterprise software products
Required Skills:
- Ability to analyze customers needs, market trends and internal capabilities; and synthesize into go-to-market strategy
- Ability to create clear market positioning and differentiation for Nexaweb products
- Ability to communicate at varying levels of technical detail with customers, business partners, sales, support and engineering staffs, in one-on-one and group situations.
- Ability to gather and translate customer business needs into technical product requirements and clearly communicate them to engineering.

- Able to communicate effectively and interact with team members at different levels of technical ability and expertise
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with proven track record of building strong relationships and establishing credibility with customers, prospects, analysts, sales, engineering, and the management team.
